Today I am posting a beginner digital scrapbooking Photoshop tutorial that I made to show you how easy it is to use a free digital scrapbooking kit. The free digital scrapbooking kit I have chosen is called Echoes of Asia by Jackie Sprague and is no longer available for download but was a free kit from Creating Keepsakes.
For these Photoshop Tutorials I used Adobe Photoshop CS4 but any version of Photoshop later or earlier would be OK.
In this digital scrapbooking tutorial you will learn how to load different parts of a digital scrapbooking kit into Photoshop and create a complete layout using a single photo. You will learn how to add and manipulate text and images, use the eye dropper tool to take a color sample and produce a basic page layout with embellishments.
