Scouting for free Blogger templates? I have just stumbled across Paper Craft, a very appealing free Blogger template (Blogspot template) that I am dying to tell you about. It was only released less than a week ago so this really is hot off the press. Converted from Wordpress, Paper Craft has all the hallmarks of a premium template such as professional styling, 3 columns, and a navigation menu. Use it for scrapbooking, blogs about arts and crafts and general purpose personal blogs.
